Our governance

A solid and diversified shareholder base

Since its creation in 1922, the Bank has been supported by prominent Monegasque families who still hold nearly 30% of its share capital. Their loyalty and support are a real asset.

The remaining shares are held by CA Indosuez Wealth (Group), the holding company for all of Crédit Agricole group’s Wealth Management entities, and itself a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Agricole group’s corporate & investment banking arm. The group as a whole boasts specialist expertise around the world and great financial strength for our clients.
